I have to take a blood test...
I probably have hypothyroidism. I hate the fact, but am actually relieved. I read a lot of healthy weight loss forums and realised a lot of people struggle with weight loss because of it, but now I have a lot info for what worked for all of them. There was a girl with such a similar situation like me, wich had convinced me the most. (btw. my mother has it too and I took a blood test last year...
I only feel fatter..and fatter..and so on.
I want 3 months to fly by and to have this 28 pound weight loss behind me so I don’t have to worry about it anymore. Why, WHY am I not loosing weight? What’s wrong with me? It seems like it’s all for nothing. But hey, it’s just me at a low point.

Food: 1909 cal (it was all heathy I promise)
Exercise: Zumba 1h, 559 calories burned (I hope so?)
Net: 1350cal
I have a terrible headache.
Who invented peanuts I hate love them too much! I ate about 130 grams after my workout, and it was 8pm!

I’m taking a shower and then I’ll go to bed.
I drank 2.5 liters of green tea, and 2 liters of water today. Wow is this even healthy? Oh well :)

I feel good.
Really good. Motivated. Positive about my future. Maybe I don’t look so gross afterall. I’m 5’9” and weigh about 158lbs.
