Last time Zumba. This month I’ll be at the gym and there are no classes. I got a bit bored anyway :) now looking forward on building some muscle and running! And I’m quitting smoking, or at least I’ll limit it to when I’m stressed or going out :) 24 days till my prom. Hopefully I’ll lose some fat :)

Ran for 30 minutes w/o stopping, average speed 8.5 mph, average incline. 1,4. Say whaaaaat :D oh and 30 minutes on the weights. Welcome endorphins :)

I have to take a blood test...
I probably have hypothyroidism. I hate the fact, but am actually relieved. I read a lot of healthy weight loss forums and realised a lot of people struggle with weight loss because of it, but now I have a lot info for what worked for all of them. There was a girl with such a similar situation like me, wich had convinced me the most. (btw. my mother has it too and I took a blood test last year...

I only feel fatter..and fatter..and so on.
I want 3 months to fly by and to have this 28 pound weight loss behind me so I don’t have to worry about it anymore. Why, WHY am I not loosing weight? What’s wrong with me? Food: 1909 cal (it was all heathy I promise) Exercise: Zumba 1h, 559 calories burned (I hope so?) Net: 1350cal I have a terrible headache. Who invented peanuts I hate love them too much! I ate about 130 grams after my workout, and it was 8pm! Okay bye now.
