I probably have hypothyroidism. I hate the fact, but am actually relieved. I read a lot of healthy weight loss forums and realised a lot of people struggle with weight loss because of it, but now I have a lot info for what worked for all of them. There was a girl with such a similar situation like me, wich had convinced me the most. (btw. my mother has it too and I took a blood test last year which came out confusing (but postive) and they said I should take one again after some time.)
Now I assume that calorie counting isn’t actually the best thing for me since my BMR probably is lower than 1500 because of the hypothyroidism, and I got all my counting for nothing.
I’ll probably stick to a non-starch, low(er) carb diet. Just oatmeal, veggies, chicken, fish, and fruit.
Let’s see.
